Hereby consent and agree to my spouse binding himself / herself to Core Office Link (Pty) Ltd, trading as Cashonkeys Pawn Shop, as surety and co-principal debtor for the indebtedness of the debtor(s) to the micro lender, arising from or in connection with a Surety Loan Agreement and/or Pawn Loan Agreement.

I acknowledge and confirm that:

1. I understand the nature and effect of this consent;
2. I am aware that the suretyship binds the joint estate;
3. I consent freely and voluntarily without any undue influence; and
4. This consent is given in compliance with applicable NBFIRA requirements.
